“Really enjoyed the stay here. Stuff was really nice and friendly. The location is also good, close to the tram, bus, and subway. The only thing is that the cheapest room is next to the elevator, and you can hear the noice easily, luckily the stuff offer me to change room. I will book here if I visit Milan next time, but definitely not the cheapest room.”

“Updating review as they fixed our problem with the room after a few hours! There is a steep staircase from entry down to reception so bear that in mind if you're travelling with kids or heavy luggage. It also took as about 20 minutes to check in, even though there was no queue. The room we had booked with a terrace was not available, so we were in a tiny room at first, but they moved us to the correct room after a few hours and gave us free breakfast. Leaving original below for transparency: Really poor. Steep staircase from entry down to reception, no offer of help or access to the lift despite heavy suitcase and pushchair. There was no queue at reception but it then took more than 20 minutes to check in for some reason. And then the room we had booked with a terrace wasn’t available, so we were given a tiny room with barely any floor space. Air con didn’t seem to work very well either. Location is fine.”
